Tivo & Freeview
TiVo can be connected to a freeview box and will automatically change channels when it needs to make a recording.
Simply connect the digibox SCART to tivo AUX SCART, and set the code for your make and model of digibox
(it's on the tivo menu setup / recorder & phone/ set top box control )
The TiVo will then automatically change channels via its IR sender when needed.

To configure your tivo you may need to run guided setup:
On your tivo, goto setup->system reset ->guided setup
and select Aerial + Digital Cable/Digital Terrestrial
No recordings or season passes will be lost during this process

Q: My TV has built in freeview, can TiVo record that?
A: Unfortunately, no - TiVo requires the use of a separate freeview box.
Most freeview boxes do not work with TiVo due to TiVo not having the IR codes in its database,
so we supply freeview boxes guaranteed to work with tivo:
